Early History:

Compared to his rival Lelouch Lamperouge the young man who would be born Ieyasu Partas as the last member of the Partas Clan would have both humble beginnings, but yet surprising origins. In the distant future the young man named Ieyasu Partas would be born the only child between Esdeath and her lover Tatsumi. Due to unknown circumstances at the time his mother never mentioned what had happened to his father, so Ieyasu having been the name of Tatsumi’s best friend before his demise was granted to him while the clan name Partas was given to him as his surname by his mother.

Esdeath raised Ieyasu alone, but despite genuinely loving her son she raised him harshly as he grew up out in the mountains away from human civilization.

Despite the isolation Ieyasu loved his mother even if the harsh living conditions made life difficult, but manageable as Esdeath taught her son how to fight and live off the land. Thanks to the arduous and extensive training he became a strong and capable fighter having been taught everything his mother knew since early childhood. Furthermore it was discovered that he had inherited the ability to manipulate ice as a result of having his mother’s Teigu, Demon's Extract, within her body which likely affected Ieyasu causing it to pass on its power biologically to him.  This only led to his training becoming more intensified as Esdeath taught her son her ice techniques and experimented to see just how much of her abilities he had inherited from her.

Even with his lonely, isolated and harsh lifestyle Ieyasu lived a rather content life with his mother and he was killing high-level Danger Beasts by the time he was ten years old, but one night he would experience a dream some would experience before inheriting a Keyblade. Confused by the dream Ieyasu didn’t mention it to his mother, but the following day while on his own hunting he accidently fell through the ceiling of the remains of an old temple that had remained undisturbed for thousands of years where nature had since reclaimed the ruins. Exploring the ruins he would discover a sealed chamber.

No matter what he did he was unable to open it, but it was then Ieyasu would summon his Keyblade for the first time in his life.

Using it on the sealed chamber Ieyasu discovered its ability to unlock any seal, but what he found within mystified him.  Upon a pedestal was a tiny orange stone radiating a powerful energy that drew the small child to it who began examining it intrigued by its power, but had a rat he saw not touch it before him he might have befallen its fate. He watched as the small creature tried to pick up the stone, but before his eyes he saw the rat being aged into dust by the stone. Realizing the danger if he tried to touch it he kept back, but feeling his Keyblade drawn to it he held it over the tiny stone before the magic of his own weapon pulled the stone into it transforming it into the Paths of Time Keyblade with the Infinity Stone of Time a part of the Keyblade.

Despite lacking training in magic, Ieyasu instinctively using the Keyblade as a conduit to tap the Infinity Stone’s power without risk of harm to himself Ieyasu began using the weapon on various objects to test its power and to gain a better understanding of how to wield it. However during his trial run with his new powers he unwittingly traveled forward in time by a few days, but after he was finished he hurried home to his mother to show what he had found. But when he returned home he came to the site of a terrible battle as a small army had attacked their home while he was away leaving over two hundred dead near their home with much of the landscape still frozen over.

Worried he hurried to his mother’s side who he found inside the house having been killed during the battle, but it was clear she had taken most of her enemies down with her.  

After tearfully burying his own mother he began searching through the remains of their home to find anything he could scavenge, but it was there he found a hidden compartment in the house he had been previously unaware of. It was a worn leather bound book, which after examining its pages found to be his father’s diary that he had been keeping ever since he had become an assassin for Night Raid. He had also found what remained of his mother’s diary as well and using the information from the two Ieyasu pieced together the events that led to his mother’s demise.

According to the information he gleamed from both journals his father Tatsumi had died during the final battle against Emperor Makoto and Prime Minister Honest who had lost in the final battle against the rebellion. With the demise of Tatsumi and the Emperor being overthrown Esdeath quickly killed those responsible for his demise and went deep into the wilds to escape, but during her time she convinced a doctor to help deliver Ieyasu upon realizing she had become pregnant with Tatsumi during one of their last moments together. During Esdeath’s exile as she would call it, but she was more focused on raising her child intending to raise a strong child and not a weakling the Empire was left in a weakened state following the rebellion.

Allowing its enemies especially those in the north and east who sought to take advantage of the weakened state of the Empire seeking to crush it and claim large portions of it for their own lands plunging the Empire into further war. Ultimately Ieyasu discovered his mother’s location had been sold out to her old enemies whose countries had suffered because of her actions as a general of the Empire. She had been sold out to save what remained of the crumbling Empire.

He wanted to avenge his mother’s death at first, but with his new powers over time Ieyasu realized he could do much more. He thought he could change events to prevent the collapse and self-destruction of the Empire and reshape the world into a much better one. Realizing he would need to better master his new abilities first he spent time in the forest and experimenting with his new powers over time. However this drew the attention of the Observers of Time with the group sending Aeon to investigate. He discovered Ieyasu and his abilities, but did not notice the Infinite Time Stone fused into his Keyblade. Curious about the people and even trying to determine if he was even aware of the power he had, but he also saw the potential and how useful he could be to their group befriended the young man revealing what he was and tried to gain his trust. 

With Aeon’s help Ieyasu gained better control over his new powers over time and began devising ways to use them in combat as well. However in the process of building the boy’s trust and hoping to convince him to join their organization willingly Aeon and Ieyasu were attacked by other members of Aeon’s order who sought to capture the boy by force. Assuming Aeon had betrayed him he unleashed his abilities over time freezing time which he used to kill his attackers, but he wounded Aeon and allowed him to live as a thank you for what he has taught him.

Escaping into the past, but now that he was aware of his Keyblade’s power to travel other worlds he chose the country of Japan on one of the man different Earths, but specifically he settled in Mitakihara City. Using his magic coupled with his abilities over time, which he used as little as possible to avoid attracting more members of Aeon’s order to him, Ieyasu managed to establish his own home and live on his own eventually attending Mitakihara Middle School after realizing the world he was on was vastly different from one he grew up on so he thought attending one of their schools would be the best way to better familiarize himself with his new surroundings.

Despite some difficulty adapting Ieyasu did adjust and adapted to his new surroundings while he kept training and conditioned his body through a balance diet and rigorous training. During the five years he spent there he began studying other forms of combat such as karate and judo including kenjutsu.

When Ieyasu was fifteen he began to ponder and contemplate how he could best achieve his goals when returning home from practice kenjutsu practice one day he was caught in a witch’s barrier.  Thankfully due to a lifetime of intense training, what his mother had taught him and what he has been learning Ieyasu fought off the witch’s familiars and made his way to the witch itself while trying to escape the witch’s labyrinth.

Using a combination of his training and the ice powers he inherited from his mother he slew the witch much to the shock of Mami Tomoe who had arrived to slay the witch and save the human who got trapped inside.  Upon meeting Ieyasu the young woman was curious about the young man as the mere fact he defeated a witch on his own was unheard of, but without doubt it was a very impressive feat.

Over time Mami and Ieyasu became close friends, although he was not a magical girl his ability to wield magic himself intrigued Mami who began training with Ieyasu to help him unlock the full potential of his magical ability he gained through his possession of the Keyblade. Soon he began accompanying Mami on her witch hunts as Ieyasu expressed curiosity about Witches and Magical Girls. His magical talents allowed him to perceive the Kyubey as well allowing the two to converse from time to time.

Eventually they were joined by Madoka Kaname who was contracted by Kyubey to save the life of a cat who had been killed. Three of them became a formidable group, but not long afterwards Homura Akemi would be saved by Madoka and Mami. Homura did not become a magical girl immediately, but she did follow the group around with Ieyasu sometimes watching over her when Madoka and Mami battled witches.

But everything changed when Walpurgis Night attacked the city.

Despite Mami and Madoka’s valiant efforts they were slain before the might of the supremely powerful witch, but even with all of his abilities and powers he was unable to defeat the witch as well. Unlike Mami and Madoka however Ieyasu survived thanks to his use of time magic. Shaken by the thought of such a monster existing that he could not defeat even with his skills and abilities Ieyasu realized that the universe must have held far more dangerous beings as such a monster of such scale and power never existed in his world.

Not long afterwards through Homura Akemi became a magical girl and using her new power to reserve time Ieyasu was caught in the resetting of the timeline with the power of his Infinity Stone having shielded him from its effects as he was carried along with Homura two months back in time. He realized what had happened upon seeing Homura as a magical girl later on and after seeing Mami and Madoka alive, but he kept quiet about what happened.

Recalling his experience from the previous timeline Ieyasu attempted to work with Homura and the others to defeat Walpurgis Night. Unfortunately they were defeated again and Homura reset time dragging Ieyasu along with him. Unlike Homura however Ieyasu ultimately realized nothing they could do could defeat Walpurgis Night, but he was horrified to learn of the fate of all magical girls upon observing Mami having a mental breakdown upon realizing the truth when he witnessed and aided the girls in slaying Sayaka Miki who became a witch.

Before leaving and ensuring he could resume life with his friends once he found a way he linked himself to Homura’s shield thereby he could return to the city before Homura resets time thus also preventing himself from aging further beyond the age of fifteen while ensuring all experience and memory of the time before the reset would be carried over.  

Leaving the world behind Ieyasu ventured out into the worlds once more using the Corridor of Darkness ability he gained by tapping the dark powers for travel to other worlds. Eventually he arrived on a world called Earthland which unlike the previous worlds he had been to was rich in magic and sought to further his magical knowledge further. After exploring the ruins upon a deserted island, from which he could feel strong magic from, he happened upon a young man with black hair. Upon seeing the weapon Ieyasu wielded the man became interested while warning him to keep a safe distance from him as the magic he possessed would go wild and attempt to kill him if he was not careful.

The man introduced himself as Zeref Dragneel, an immortal wizard who had been cursed by an ancient god for an offense he committed centuries ago. Over the course of their long conversation Ieyasu would learn more about the lore of the Keyblade, but he would discover what the stone in his Keyblade was as even Zeref had heard the legends having attempted to seek one of the stones himself centuries ago.

Ieyasu discovered the stone that was part of his Keyblade was an Infinity Stone, one of six stones, each with a different power and aspect of the universe contained within. His stone obviously gave him power over time itself while he was told about the other stones related to the natures of Space, Power, Soul, Mind and Reality. Eventually their conversation went to Ieyasu’s world and what he wished to do while at the same time he spoke of the Kyubey and the Magical Girls including the terrible fate that would befall them.

He had now added wishing to avert that fate or change it somehow.

From there Zeref and Ieyasu formed a partnership in which he taught the young man magic while mindful to return to Mami’s world in time for the resets in the timeline to preserve his age as it was now. In time Ieyasu mastered the dark arts along with other magical spells he could teach him allowing him to fully tap the magical powers and properties of his Keyblade including the use of elemental magic, support magic, healing magic and black magic.

Working together the two began seeking out the Infinity Stones with the Stone that controlled the universal element of the Soul being one that Zeref knew the location of, but he was never able to reach it due to the barriers that prevented him from reaching it. Traveling to the ruins together Ieyasu used his Keyblade to bypass the seals that kept the stone locked away allowing Zeref to claim the stone. Even through the stone tried to destroy him, Zeref’s raw magical power and his immortal undying body allowed him to master and tame the stone through sheer willpower and focus of intent. Fashioning a necklace to conceal the stone within he wore it around his neck.

With two stones now in their possession the two men agreed and planned on finding and acquiring the other stones to fulfill their respective goals and to change the universe for the better. Ieyasu went out into the universe again while Zeref remained behind working to better understand and further master the Infinity Stone now in his possession.

During his travels he would meet Master Xehanort whom took an immediate interest in Ieyasu and recognized his Keyblade as well as his skill with magic. He befriended the boy, but curious as to how he obtained his Keyblade which Ieyasu could not provide an answer for which only intrigued the old Keyblade Master even more. Training him and further refining his skills and magic even further than before while trying to learn more about his past Ieyasu was cautious and careful to avoid revealing anything about Zeref and the Infinity Stone in his possession.

Instead he convinced the Keyblade Master that his Keyblade had the unique ability of unlocking the walls of time allowing one to move forward or backwards, but would have to be mindful of the rules of time.

Ultimately however his distrust of the Keyblade Master was justified when Xehanort wanted to Ieyasu to aid him in his coming plans to re-forge the X-Blade. Ieyasu refused to be used as material for it, but fortunately he proved more than capable of resisting the darkness and strong enough to fend off the dark beings his master summoned. Xehanort recognized he could not use Ieyasu for either of his plans sought to take a new student, but he asked if he could seek out Ieyasu for a favor in the future.

Ieyasu agreed to avoid making enemies of the Keyblade Master as he wasn’t completely confident he could defeat Master Xehanort or not.

After departing Master Xehanort’s service Ieyasu realized he would need allies and resources for his goals especially if he sought to find the other Infinity Stones, but now he wished to gather them as an alternative to Master Xehanort’s plan of reorganizing the universe through another Keyblade War. Ieyasu traveled to another world coming to San Fransokyo where he would seek to learn more about technology seeking to master science alongside magic reasoning that both would be useful to his goals.

To this end he attended San Fransokyo Institute of Technology thus the use of magic to ensure no one was suspicious of his origins and his admittance would be accepted without question.

During his time there while taking the opportunity to keep his hand-to-hand combat skills and sword fighting skills up through whatever means he could Ieyasu found he was gifted with science as he studied engineering and other related subjects before becoming part of the robotics program headed by Professor Robert Callaghan who was a famous world-renowned scientist, praised for his innovations on the foundations of robotics, as well as the creation of Callaghan's Laws of Robotics. Ieyasu was intrigued and in turn Callaghan was fascinated by the boy and his intellect so he took him under his wing leading to Ieyasu to be mentored personally by Professor Callaghan who by the time he was ready to graduate he had developed and made new advances artificial intelligence programs that would lead to the creation of robots like Baymax and others later on. His crowning achievement was creating a butler-like robot using his designs in Artificial Intelligence development that proved very successful during a demonstration and test run of his work.

Upon graduating however he was approached by Alistar Krei, the founder and owner of Krei Tech, wished to purchase the rights and obtain the advancements in artificial intelligence that Ieyasu had done. However having been warned by Callaghan about Krei, but unaware of Ieyasu’s goals and his ultimate intents secretly negotiated a deal with Krei who he then sold his technology to in exchange that word of his deal never reaches Callaghan so instead a elaborate cover up was done to make it appear his technology had been acquired through forceful legal means in order for Ieyasu to save face before Callaghan maintaining his trust with the man but now he was benefiting from being the owner of the patient on his artificial technology allowing him to earn a small fortune which would become the base from which his resources and the new organization he sought to create for himself would be built from.

As Master Xehanort’s plans began and then failed with his fail-safes not put into effect Ieyasu would next settle on the world of Amestris where his exploration and interest in alchemy would draw the attention of the State Military and eventually Führer King Bradley who took a personal interest in the young man. During which he revealed the existence of other worlds and displayed the skills and powers he wielded, although he was careful to avoid showing the full extent of what he was capable of to make the Führer more willing to trust him, so wishing to have that power on their side he was recruited into the State Military.

Overtime after training, which included training from King Bradley himself, he rose through the ranks quickly ultimately becoming a general of his own army at the youngest age ever in recorded history. He would earn military praise for his achievements on the battlefield and would become famous for leading a retaliatory invasion into the country of Creta to end the threat their country poised to them quickly leading to the battle for their capital city.

Thanks to his travel and the fortune he has amassed he armed his growing army with advance weapons and through meeting contacts on another world he obtained weapons from Stark Industries before they were discontinued. Using his new weapons including some new hired off-world muscle he found while seeking allies or new weapons to add to his growing stockpile of weapons he hired Hyena, Jackal and Wolf. Three former members of the Pack using them as his own personal operatives within the State Military to carry out operations behind enemy lines to weaken them while at the same time using the Heartless he gained control over after meeting Maleficent whom approached Father for an alliance after seeking newer and stronger allies against another Keyblade Wielder who has began making a name for himself named Lelouch Lamperouge.

Personality Traits:

At first Ieyasu was a kind and loving child, but the strict and lonely upbringing left him with little understanding of social skills and how interact with others besides his mother. But not wishing for her child to be weak he bore the heavy burdens of his mother’s expectations and strove to please her by pushing his body and mind beyond their limits. As such he became comfortable with inflicting pain and killing animals since he was a small child. He was disciplined and conditioned by his mother under her father’s philosophy “the strong survive and the weak die” becoming a composed and calm individual. His mother’s demise at an early age left a profound impact upon him, especially after he learned more about the father he never met and the reasons behind the events that led to his demise and ultimate led to the demise of his own mother.

As he was seeking both his own place in the world and trying to devise a means of using his new found power to fix and undo events that would lead to the deaths of his parents he entered human civilization for the first time. Ieyasu was uncomfortable with others at first, but Ieyasu adapted quickly, and soon made friends with Mami Tomoe being his first real friend before it was followed by Madoka Kaname being the second. His interactions with them allowed him to open up more and feel comfortable with others his age developing better social skills including the ability to work well with a team as they battled witches.

However following the demise of Mami and Madoka coupled with observing the failures and repeated deaths of Madoka and Mami at the hands of the same witch over and over again or other events that led to their demises, Ieyasu’s personality began to undergo a slow but gradual change.  His interactions with Zeref, Master Xehanort and King Bradley slowly turned Ieyasu into a cold, detached and stoic individual who became more focused on his goals and the end result rather than the means to achieve them rationalizing even if hundreds and thousands of lives will be lost he knows much more would be saved and benefit from the world he would create. He views his own men as nothing more than pawns, which was thanks to the influence of King Bradley, but he does show preference and concern for those truly close to him despite his outwardly stoic appearance. Despite his intentions of making the universe a better place for everyone regardless of the cost he unknowingly developed some sociopathic aspects and a desire for power because of the fact he knows there were other beings that surpassed him in power.

This is exemplified by his interactions with Mami whom despite becoming enemies because of his actions he bore no anger against her and he knew his actions would have ruined their friendship, but this did not stop him from asking Zeref to use the Soul Stone to restore her to a human being thus saving her from the fate of becoming a witch. Even though he agreed with the Kyubey’s reasons for their actions but he was not comfortable with the idea that their actions would create a world devouring monster which he felt would threaten his plans if left unchecked.

This is also shown best in his future relationship with Holly Rose whom after facing her in a carnival he began to fall in love, although he had wanted to fill the void left by Mami seeking a new friend he could have by his side as confidant. He went as far to have Louis L Bridget killed when he was disgusted by the young man and foresaw what he would do to Holly despite knowing if anyone discovered this it could jeopardize his alliance with Gengo, but Ieyasu took great care to cover it up. Ultimately however his emotions haven’t been lost completely as some believed when he and Holly enter an intimate relationship displaying a loving and companionate side to him he had kept buried. When the two are alone together Ieyasu is more open and honest showing that he truly cares and loves Holly as their relationship hardened his resolve to see his plans succeed.

Like his mother Esdeath, Ieyasu treats his subordinates well, letting them do as they please, which in turn inspires their intense loyalty and devotion. Even if he views them as pawns he does seek to earn their loyalty and ensures that whatever sacrifices have to be made their efforts would not be wasted.  His drive to make the world and ultimately the universe a better place led Ieyasu to develop a misguided sense of justice, which coupled with a latent desire for power would led him down a dark path which he justified convinced that the ends justified the means.

Before meeting Lelouch for the first time Ieyasu would grow into a calculating and manipulative individual while maintaining a calm and composed exterior to everyone around him. Because of the various villains he deals with Ieyasu knows that many of them would either be distrustful of him or would seek to eliminate him and steal the Infinity Stone in his possession thus he had to be careful with everything he did and said. As he managed to fool even Master Xehanort into believing his powers over time was the result of the Keyblade he had instead of the Infinity Stone merged with it while others he altered the truth somewhat to fit what he wanted his enemies and allies to believe.

In combat he avoided confrontation with stronger foes knowing he risked exposure against them. Complimenting his calculating and manipulative nature Ieyasu’s schemes were well planned and executed with great efficiency. He was also cautious as well of other opponents, especially those with powers and abilities he had never seen before so he would never rush them until he had ample time to observe them seeking invulnerabilities and weaknesses he can take advantage of. Knowing that he could be defeated as well and like Master Xehanort he would plan in the event of failure should one of his plans be stopped he would have another fail-safe plan or alternate course of action ready in such an event.  To further compliment his manipulative nature he was a gifted orator as well able to inspire his men and to terrify his enemies all at once while convincing others he shares their views in order to win their trust.

What sets Ieyasu apart from the villains he works under such as Maleficent and a majority of the villains including Master Xehanort is his desire to make the universe a better place for everyone and one where his parents could be alive and together. He will kill for the sake of his plans while those who get caught in the cross-fire do not concern him and are simply out of luck knowing that such casualties are expected and apart of the price for the success of his plans. Of course he will eliminate those who are a threat to them while he is willing to manipulate and fool other villains into think he shares their views gaining their trust, but ultimately Ieyasu will betray them once they have outlived their usefulness or he will neglect to warn them of potential threats to their plans while pointing out the mistakes they did which led to their own downfall. Even villains whose morals and mindsets disgust him Ieyasu will work with them for a time for the sake of his goals, but he will betray them or have them killed once their purpose has been fulfilled. However he is more comfortable and willing to work with others who seek the betterment of humanity and making the world a better place such as Gengo Aoi and Zeref despite his own negative views on humanity.

Ieyasu is a strong-willed individual in possession of a high level of self-control, making him an extremely formidable opponent. His calm composure never wavered in the heat of battle as he is able to calmly assets and determines the best course of action. Although he does a enjoy a good challenge to further strengthen his abilities Ieyasu isn’t willing to let arrogance nor overconfidence get in his way as he will end a fight quickly to move on to the advancement of his goals. He also has a sense of dark humor where he will keep a mental list of how many certain lines he has heard of heroic defiance against them because he claims the fact they can say such words to him and yet being unable to back it up he finds secretly amusing.

He is very respectful to his enemies and allies, at least those who deserve it, such as he is not above complimenting them on their skills and abilities when they are able to challenge him. But he does take every fight seriously not wasting a movement or prolonging a battle for the enjoyment of it as he will seek to eliminate an enemy quickly and ensure they are dead so they cannot trouble him later.   

Not as sadistic or cruel as his mother had been, but there are rare moments in which he can be angered so greatly that his own inner sadist as he puts it comes out upon which he will kill a foe slowly and painfully as possible while seeking to prolong their suffering.

Appearance:

Overall Ieyasu bears a resemblance to his own father, but aside from having the same green eyes as him he possesses the color of his mother’s hair but its medium length with a similar hairstyle to his father. His skin is a paler tone compared to his father, being closer to his mother due to the effects of her Teigu had on his unborn body.

He has worn a wide range out of outfits and attire, but his preferred attire is his Amestris military officer uniform which is white instead of the usual blue as a tribute to his mother when she was a general. He has also worn a black suit with a purple tie or worn the normal male Genetics Academy uniform for a time as well.    

Skills and Abilities:

Since a very early age his arduous and extensive training since childhood has conditioned him to the absolute peak of human physical potential, granting him considerable speed, reflexes, agility, and strength well beyond the standard of his age. More frightening was the intellect Ieyasu possessed which through intense study with the aid of magic he was able to master and learn a wide range of subjects and skills from science and magic making him one of the most skilled and powerful Keyblade Wielders to ever live.

Master Strategist: Thanks to his experience and intellect Ieyasu is an effective planner and strategist, developing complex plans to achieve his goals with the long term in mind. He accounts for the personalities and usual mannerisms of allies and enemies alike and never takes anything for granted - notably, recognizing he could be defeated and there are other beings who are more powerful than he out there which will lead him to plan out alternate back-up plans should his plans fail. Ieyasu was more than willing to abandon towns and villages during his campaign to conquer Creta to fortify and strengthen more strategically valuable locations while using complex strategies to confuse and divide his foes.

Master Manipulator: Because he is dealing with various villains who are more interested in their own self-serving goals than the greater good. Ieyasu recognized early on that he would need to play a careful game to achieve his own ends while using the villains he has been employed by knowing they were the key to fulfilling his goals much faster than he would alone or through other means. As such he knows how to speak to his so-called allies and playing on the idea that they think he is a loyal subordinate who could be overpowered if he betrayed them while at the same time sharing their views and goals. He purposely convinces them of this and hides most of his power as a means of making them more trusting and not feeling threatened by him while subtly trying to manipulate them or give them ideas that will only further his own goals in the long run.

Genius Level Intellect:  Since a young age Ieyasu has possessed a remarkable intellect and drive to learn which has allowed him to learn and master a range of subjects and to push himself further. Even through some of his skills are self-taught he managed to create the foundations for advance artificial intelligence applications and became a cunning and skilled military strategist some time later.

Master Engineer: Thanks to his time at college Ieyasu learned he is a gifted engineer and has been able to make a number of complicated inventions at a young age. Ultimately he uses these skills to build his own armor, weapons and even a prototype robot based on a butler and more as time goes on.

Master Scientist: Ieyasu through the use of magic and determination has proven to be very resourceful and knowledgeable in many different fields of science from robotics, engineering to have some knowledge in genetics and biology.  

Expert Pilot: Throughout his travels Ieyasu has learned a variety of different skills including how to pilot different aircraft and vehicles including Knightmare Frames.

Advanced Military Operator: Through a combination of  his own self-training, his mother training him and his time in the State Military Ieyasu is well-versed in all armed force disciplines including intelligence gathering, escape arts, demolition, survival tactics, swimming, mountaineering, march or drill skills, map making, map reading, communication systems and vehicles used in armed forces.

Expert Marksman: Ieyasu can throw most projectile weaponry with great aim and is well-versed in the use of firearms like the military-issued weapons including modern firearms able to wield them with effective efficiency.

Leadership: Like Lelouch and Steve Rogers, Ieyasu has a great skill to inspire others to follow him, including the members of the State Military and others.

Gifted Orator: Despite his stoic and cold personality Ieyasu has the impressive ability to inspire his troops with enthusiastic speeches. He can take almost any situation and spin it into a speech that will strengthen the moral of his men for an upcoming battle.

Hunting Intuition: His mother having come from a famed hunting clan (the Partas Clan), Ieyasu was trained since he was a small child how to track and hunt Danger Beasts using his cunning and skill to surprise and quickly overpower creatures much larger than him.  These skills he would apply later in life to hunt human prey and to use his tracking skills coupled with knowledge of stealth tactics and how to lay traps of various shorts including primitive traps to capture prey.

Cryokinesis: Affected by his mother’s possession of the powerful Teigu called Demon's Extract in her bloodstream Ieyasu inherited the ability to manipulate and materialize ice from her inheriting the Teigu’s power through her blood during his development before he was born. As such his body was more naturally adapted to the power to control and manipulate ice as he is able to use it more easily and more effectively than his own mother after a very strict and rigorous training regime. Like his mother he can create various weapons out of ice such as icicles, and can freeze people to death including freezing a river within seconds. However he did not inherit his mother’s ability to freeze time, but he would have the ability to resist it instead through. But Ieyasu would come into possession of a similar power to freeze time later.

Master Swordsmanship: Trained by his mother initially to wield all kind of weapons, but more specifically a sword Ieyasu was a capable wielder of a sword by the time he was ten years old. Over time he would seek different masters and study under different swordsmanship skills such as kenjutsu and fencing. He would apply these skills to his skill with the Keyblade making him a deadly melee combatant with a sword.

Time Manipulation: Thanks to his possession of the Infinity Stone of Time grants Ieyasu Partas a huge advantage over other factions, enemies and allies due to his ability to manipulate time in various ways including stopping time allowing him to attack his enemies while they are motionless and helpless. He can travel into the past or into the future if he wishes and using a limited form of Parachronal Cognition he can perceive and see what happens in the future by observing different universes. Ieyasu uses this to determine how much a threat a person can be to him or to learn more about a person, but at the same time he use this to observe upcoming events to see if he could manipulate it to his benefit.  Combined with his Keyblade he can lock or even block another time manipulation wielder’s power from working properly if he wishes or link himself to said device to benefit from its affects such as when he linked himself to Homura’s shield so his body would not age beyond that of a fifteen year old teen while his memories and experiences from the previous time loops would be kept intact whenever Homura resets the timeline.

Expert Acrobat: Proficient in gymnastics and acrobatics, to the peak of human ability.

Expert Inquisitor: Having been taught some by his mother and he began learning more techniques as he got older Ieyasu is adept in the use of interrogation techniques, employing anything from law enforcement methods to outright torture.

Master Martial Artist: Ieyasu has learned a range of different hand-to-hand fighting styles over time including Judo, Kendo, Boxing, Kickboxing, Kung Fu, Kenpo, Taekwondo and Karate.

Expert Sensor: Through training and growing up with dangerous monsters and beasts living close to home his mother taught him to be sense the killing intent of others at long distances as well as detect if anyone was nearby spying on him as well. To compliment his tracking abilities his sense of smell is also strong as he can also detect people and animals he is familiar with through sense of smell alone.

Knowledge of human physiology: Taught to him originally by his mother and Ieyasu expanded and learned more about the human body as he grew older which he uses in both interrogations when he tortures victims and then can dissect the bodies of humans as well as animals to find anything that is telling including using this knowledge to strike at vital areas on a human foe to either kill them swiftly or to disable them to make capturing them easier.

Peak Human Conditioning: Through intense training since he was a very long child and a strict diet Ieyasu represents the pinnacle of human physical prowess opposite of Lelouch who began as a frail and weak human. His physical attributes exceeded that of any Olympic level athlete that has ever competed while putting him on par with other beings such as Captain America, King Bradley and even most Pandora. His strength, speed, stamina, agility, reflexes, and coordination are at the peak of human potential. Since he was six years old his mother began his physical and mental conditioning and by the time he was seven began his intense physical and weight lifting training. He had mastered full body control by the time he was fourteen. Ieyasu refuses from drinking and eating anything that could weaken his body to weaken always striving to keep his body in prime condition and if possible find a way to train his body even further. Ieyasu is able to perform amazing physical feats is due to his superior physique. He engaged in an intensive regular regimen of rigorous exercise (including aerobics, weight lifting, gymnastics, and simulated combat) to keep himself in peak condition, and has often defeated opponents whose size, strength, or other powers greatly exceeded his own. He has spent his entire life in pursuit of physical perfection and has attained it through constant intensive training and determination.

Peak Human Strength: He can break steel chains and cuffs, and lift up to one thousand pounds, bent steel metal bars with his hands. Ieyasu could punch leaving a considerable dent in steel and can easily punch through wood and possibly a brick wall.

Peak Human Reflexes: Ieyasu's reflexes are practically superhuman.

Peak Human Speed: He can run at speeds comparable to the finest competing athletes. With magic assisting him he can move even faster.

Peak Human Endurance: His endurance was comparable to that of the finest Olympic Decathlon participant. His lung capacity is so great that he can hold his breath underwater for over three minutes.

Peak Human Agility: His agility is greater than that of a Chinese acrobat and an Olympic gold medalist gymnast. He is able to run and dodge gunfire and quickly close the distance between him and targets while evading any obstacles that are in his way. He can scale walls and climb trees with ease due to his early childhood spend stalking prey in the forests.

Chain Magic: This Magic taught to him by Zeref allows Ieyasu to shoot long chains from his hands, complete with grappling hooks at each end. These are capable of piercing through foes without actually hurting them, allowing him to grasp opponents and smash them around against surrounding objects.

Amaterasu: By creating Magic formulas in the air, the targeted area is engulfed by a massive spherical shockwave. The damage of such Magic increases with the formula's number: the higher the number is, the higher the consequent of damage is dealt.

Bullet Magic: A type of Magic which allows Ieyasu to produce various types of Magical ballistic projectiles out of his hands to attack opponents. In the most common attack, Ieyasu positions his hand to mimic the appearance of a gun, something which allows him to fire Magical bullets from his stretched out index and middle finger in rapid succession. These are powerful enough to pierce through flesh. He's capable of performing the attack with both hands simultaneously, as if he were dual-wielding two magical pistols which he also use magic to alter the effects into piercing bullets or explosive rounds for wide-spread damage.

Requip: Like some mages Zeref taught Ieyasu how to use Requip magic so he can quickly switch out outfits and armors for different combat situations.

Magic Alteration: Ieyasu can absorb his opponents’ magic and transform it into darkness magic to use against them in a counterattack.

Black Arts: Taught to him by Zeref himself Ieyasu is very familiar with many forms of the Black Arts and Darkness Magic as well as the elemental and support magics commonly learned by Keyblade Wielders.  

Living Magic: Another form of magic Zeref taught upon which Ieyasu is capable of using Living Magic: a form of magic that brings things to life under the master's control.

Nemesis: Using Living Magic as a base for this spell Ieyasu can create numerous powerful demons from debris and nearby objects as a catalyst. These can perform damaging long-ranged attacks through the use of dark, tendril-like protrusions and similar, elongated dark globes.

Immense Magic Power: Ieyasu is a powerful and talented user of magic having been taught by both Master Xehanort and Zeref, capable of performing spells of outstanding destructive power and difficulty in subsequent reprises without the slightest effort.

White Magic: Although not quite as extensive as his knowledge of the Black Arts and Black Magic in general Ieyasu is familiar with many of the common white magic spells such as healing spells, defense spells and holy spells using them to strengthen his allies while using the magic to heal himself of any injuries or wounds during a battle.
